Security researchers found an unsecured Azure storage bucket operated by 302.ai, an AI aggregator platform run by Hong Kong-based Univerads Technology Limited, publicly exposing 17.6 million files totaling 22.72TB. The data included over 144,000 chat logs with user prompts and replies, some containing personal information, plus enterprise conversations including a customer-service chatbot run by an unnamed sex-doll manufacturer. The bucket was flagged to the company in August 2026 and secured by September 8, 2026; researchers found no evidence of malicious access.
